Sound project? Yes, please!
September 22nd, 2005
Yay for my sound class. If there was a sound major, it would surely be mine.
All of these sounds were recorded, edited, and published by Joel Gillman. Ask his permission before you use them.
This first sound I originally called 12pm but I changed the name to 30, 30, 30. The original sound was me playing with my answering machine and “mixing and scratching” if you will. I loves ma’ answering machine.
This next one was inspired by my high school yearbook. Mostly because, I recored myself going through my high school yearbook. High school yearbook. It’s a high school yearbook. Yearbook. High school yearbook. It’s called Page Flip. Oh, and the first page flip you here is the only page flip in the entire piece. Believe it or not. Somebody call Ripley.
My computer is freakin’ almost three years old now! (shut up Zora) They grow up so fast. But this piece is from my computer. My CD drive is kind won-key sounding so… here: Ree-Er-Eree.
I hope you enjoyed my sounds! I’m happy. Why am I happy. I like sound. And music. Gooood music.
Oh yeah, check out my sweet tat:
