Octopus Project and The Starlight Mints

Last night Lindsey and I went to a Starlight Mints show at Qwest. Octopus Project opened for them and they were really cool! Lindsey said that she has one of their albums. They are totally good. I’ve heard tons of Starlight Mints before but it was AMAZING to see them singing it.

Black Flack and the Night Fighters

So… We made a band. We’re Black Flack and the Night Fighters (BFNF).
Evan did this illustration to make it official:
So far we’ve got an electric guitar, electric bass guitar, drums, two acoustic guitars (for unplugged songs), and a synth keyboard. Hells yeah. We practice in the garage so we’re a garage band, too.

Qwest, EB Games Hates Me

- I’ve totally finished moving all of my crap from my old place to my new place. I don’t even have keys to my old place anymore! I’m FREE! [CLARIFICATION: the place pictured is an MCAD on campus apartment]
- I was supposed to have internet a week ago, but I should have internet at the duplex this Friday.
- I was supposed to have Super Mario Brothers DS yesterday but I won’t have it until I bike over to EB Games (again) this afternoon. I’m boycotting EB Games until until further notice, “Target is the future.”
